These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between jitaace (referred to as the "Platform" or "Site") and all its registered members. In addition to these terms, other policies published on the site — such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines — form part of this agreement.

jitaace reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued access to the site after any amendment will be treated as acceptance of the revised terms. Members are advised to check this page regularly.

1.1 Scope of Application

These terms apply equally to all services provided by jitaace through its website, mobile application and any other digital channel. Use of any part of the platform means the full terms must be followed.

1.2 Order of Precedence

If the terms of a promotional offer or specific campaign conflict with these general terms, the terms of that specific offer will take precedence. For general use of the platform, however, these main terms apply.

The following conditions must be met to open an account at jitaace. These conditions are mandatory for all members and no exceptions will be made.

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register at jitaace and take part in any betting or casino activity. If an attempt by a minor to create an account is detected, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Member, One Account

Each person may open only one account. Operating more than one account under the same name, from the same device or using the same IP address is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

Members must provide true and complete information at the time of registration. jitaace reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time. Additional documents may be requested as part of the identity verification process.

2.4 Account Security

Members are solely responsible for keeping their username and password secure. Login credentials should not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to an account is suspected, the jitaace support team must be notified immediately.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions at jitaace. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jitaace currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500. Members must deposit only from a mobile banking account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Processing a withdrawal normally takes between 5 and 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

3.3 Transaction Integrity

jitaace keeps a record of every transaction. If fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity is suspected in connection with a transaction, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out.

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by jitaace are subject to specific terms. Members must read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, and total wagering of ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

4.2 Bonus Misuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming the same offer more than once, using fake accounts or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.

4.3 Changes to Offers

jitaace reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice. If the terms of an ongoing bonus offer are amended, the original terms will continue to apply to any bonus claimed before the date of amendment.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on jitaace. These rules apply equally across all game categories — including slots, live casino and sports betting.

5.1 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

Members place bets voluntarily and with full awareness. Members bear full financial responsibility for every betting decision. jitaace does not provide betting advice and is not liable for any losses.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a technical problem occurs during a game or betting session, jitaace will settle the relevant round based on saved data. In the event of a complete technical failure, the bet may be declared void.

5.3 Exploiting Errors and System Faults

Attempting to gain financially by exploiting software errors, display errors or system-related issues will be treated as a serious violation. In such cases, the relevant transactions may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Membership

The jitaace VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is paid based on net weekly losses. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.5% at Silver level and 0.8% at Gold level. All decisions regarding VIP membership rest solely with jitaace.

The following activities are entirely prohibited on the jitaace platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinating betting activity with the aim of abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software.
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or attempting to defraud other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through third-party services.

jitaace reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time without giving reasons. In practice, action is usually taken for the reasons listed below.

7.1 Grounds for Account Suspension

• Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false information.

7.2 Account Closure at the Member's Own Request

A member who wishes to close their account may contact the jitaace support team. If closure is sought for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion facility is available.

8.1 Purpose of Data Use

9.2 Third-Party Services

jitaace uses third-party services including game providers and payment processors. jitaace's liability for any issues arising from the actions of these third parties is limited.

10.1 Complaints Process

jitaace's decision on any dispute is final. However, members may seek third-party mediation if they wish.
